Update: The Dinner will begin at 19.30 with a drinks reception starting an hour prior to this, at 18.30. For those attending the conference dinner you will receive a voucher for this upon arrival at the registration desk.
After the success of the 1st International Symposium on Systematic Reviews in Laboratory Animal Science in Nijmegen, we are delighted to announce that we will be hosting the 2nd meeting in the heart of Old College, at the University of Edinburgh, on 7th and 8th March 2013.
Taking place in the Playfair library, we look forward to welcoming participants to Edinburgh to share, educate and discuss issues in the field of systematic reviews of animal studies. Our platform presentations include a wide range of professionals across industry and academia and our
keynote speaker is David Howells for the University of Melbourne, co-founder of the CAMARADES consortium. Generous support from the UKNC3R's (National Centre for the Replacement, Refinement and Reduction of Animals in Research) has allowed us to waive the conference fee; however, places are limited, and we would advise early booking.
As part of the conference social programme we will be hosting a dinner in the grand setting of the Playfair Library, on Thursday 7 March, for
which tickets are priced at £25. Accommodation is available within walking distance at Masson House in Pollock Halls of Residence for £65 per night.
